The Santa Fe Grande is a delightfully colorful chile that is well-suited for our Willamette Valley growing season and soils. Its gentle heat is balanced by notes of peach and tropical fruit, making it one of our most popular sauces.

This season’s fruit comes from three Oregon farms: Camas Swale Farm in Coberg, Rocky Point in Dorena, and Bethel Farm at Kalapuya High School in Eugene.
