Taste our very own Hot Winter pepper! The sweet-hot flavor that launched our quest for cultivating a truly unique and local hot sauce experience is at the heart of the Original. Aleppo and Jimmy Nardello chiles balance this year’s blend.

In a new partnership with Circe’s Garden, this year’s Czech Black chiles were grown at the Oregon coast! Similar in shape and size to a jalapeno, they yield a fruity but milder tone, and were blended with full bodied Aji Rico from Camas Swale Farm to make an approachable, all-season sauce.

Our Orleans this season features golden Sarat Gat chiles from Blue Truck Produce, and organic Bulgarian Carrot chiles from Camas Swale Farm. Hints of apricot and a glowing golden hue make this hottie one of our new faves.
