Bulgarian Carrot (Very Hot)

For those who requested a hotter Hot Winter: this sauce blends our Bulgarian Carrot with Aji Crystal, for a bold heat with a taste of rich, dark fruit and a full body. Notes of melon and citrus lend a complex flavor.

In addition, we also have a limited edition release cooked up for the Fuego subscription service. Based around our Bulgarian Carrot chiles, the Fuego edition features a pepper pickled ginger, as well as house made pineapple wine vinegar. Expect a Spicier sauce than our usual Bulgarian Carrot, with less melon and more citrus. The ginger is moderate, but rings on the finish.
