A ready to use cocktail mix made from own Chile Vinegar. Lightly sweetened, with a touch of lime, the mix is ready to blend with your favorite alcohol. Or skip the liquer, and blend with a bit of soda for a refreshing summer drink. With or without alcohol, just add a bit of water or soda, and serve. Very easy, and goes well with vodka or tequila.
This particular batch was made with vinegar primarily from the Santa Fe Grande pepper, with Hungarian Hot Wax added to keep the heat level in the "medium" range, while maintaining the light fruitiness of the SFG.
