Oops! All Garlic
Organic garlic, peeled and fermented in our own chile pepper vinegar brine. It is phenomenally good. Add to salads, or anything you might be cooking. Refrigerate after opening.
Part of what makes our hot sauce so delicious is the addition of hardneck, fermented garlic. When the wildfire smoke last season limited our pepper yield, I stored the remainder of our garlic in ready to use jars.
Packed in quarter pint masons. Each jar contains 2.5 oz of garlic, and has a net weight of 3.5 oz. (including the vinegar).
