We discovered chile vinegar while creating our fermented hot sauce. This is not a chile flavored vinegar, but an all natural vinegar made only from chiles and garlic. These are aromatic, briny and piquant. Makes for great margaritas! These can also be used in spritzers, salad dressings, or for brining meats.
Our Smoky Vinegar is made from our own Hot Winter Pepper. The heat level is robust, but not overwhelming. Adds fantastic flavor to your cooking or cocktails!
