Thanksgiving Special: Chile Vinegar for Holiday Brining
This holiday season, we will bottle our Chile Vinegar in quart bottles, to facilitate the delicious brining of all your celebratory feasts. Brining is an easy and reliable method for preparing any roast, be it turkey, chicken, pork or tofu. Simply dilute HW Chile Vinegar with 5 parts water, and submerge your roast in the solution for 4 or more hours before baking. If you like, add a few tablespoons of sugar. The Chile Vinegar provides both salt and acid, as well as aromatics and spice. The result is downright magical.
We offer three varieties:
Fruity -- our most accessible, with mild heat and floral aromatics
Smoky -- made wholly from the Hot Winter Pepper
Spicy -- a blast of flavor, for lovers of heat

Orders placed after Nov. 9 will ship with a second round, in mid-December. Please note: due to the cost of shipping glassware, I can not offer split shipping of orders.
