Preparing for a New Season of Heat: Hot Winter's Pepper Planting Journey

Located just a few miles from our home base in Eugene, Camas Swale Farm is a small-scale, organic operation run by a team of dedicated farmers who share our commitment to sustainable agriculture. They use techniques like cover cropping, crop rotation, and natural pest control to grow a variety of heirloom vegetables, including the peppers we use in our hot sauce.

We’ve been working with Camas Swale for several seasons now, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the peppers they provide. Not only do they taste amazing, but they’re also grown with care and attention to the land. When we know where our food comes from, we can appreciate it more and savor every bite.

As we gear up for planting season, we’re looking forward to visiting Camas Swale to choose the best peppers for our hot sauce. We’ll be working closely with their team throughout the season to ensure that our peppers are picked at the peak of ripeness and flavor.

We’re proud to support local farmers like Camas Swale and to bring their amazing produce to your table. Keep an eye out for our hot sauce made with peppers from Camas Swale and taste the difference for yourself!
